I understand that seeking therapy can be a significant step toward healing and growth. My commitment to you as your therapist is grounded in empathy, respect, and unwavering support.
Building trust is foundational to our work together. I bring a deep respect for your unique experiences and a genuine curiosity about your journey to our sessions. Your story matters, and I am here to listen without judgment.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I believe in creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns openly. Together, we will work towards understanding your challenges, identifying your strengths, and developing effective strategies for positive change.
Confidentiality is non-negotiable. Your privacy is paramount, and I adhere strictly to ethical guidelines to protect your personal information.
As a therapist, I am dedicated to ongoing professional development and staying informed about the latest research and therapeutic techniques. This commitment allows me to offer you the most effective support possible.
I am married to my husband of 10 years and a biological and adoptive mother to seven wonderful children. My husband and I are licensed foster parents and have opened our home to over 25 children. I recently graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and obtained my BSW and LSW. Currently, I am attending Ohio University to obtain my Master’s Degree in Social Work.
Above all, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges and celebrate your successes.
